I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Fort St. John for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful and new, and the pool and spa area were a great way to relax after a long day. Although the room wasn't completely noise-proof, the bed was incredibly comfy and I had a restful sleep. The breakfast area was also a nice touch, providing a delicious start to the day. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the place was accommodating. It's clear that the hiring process for the staff has been done exceptionally well, as this hotel was the best in terms of cleanliness and management compared to the other two hotels I stayed at during my trip. If I find myself back in Fort St. John again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and well-appointed, with quality finishes throughout. the color theme and materials used are modern and of high quality. the comfortable mattresses and choice of pillow firmness ensured a restful sleep. the staff at the hotel were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs. the large clean pool and fast waterslide provided a fun way to start the day, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

Some of the electrical outlets in the room were unpowered, causing inconvenience when charging devices. the air conditioning/heating unit in one room was not functioning properly and had been unplugged.
