Great location for a city trip! This hotel was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and free. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. We also enjoyed the modern decor in the room and the free parking which saved us a lot of money.

We didn’t have the best experience with the Wi-Fi as the connection kept dropping and it was really frustrating to use. The strong smell in the room was a bit unpleasant and took away from our experience.

The hotel was a great choice for our trip to Cross Iron Mills shopping. It was conveniently located close to the mall, making it easy for us to indulge in some retail therapy. The room was spacious and had a modern look, with plenty of plugs and USB ports for all our electronic devices. The bathroom was large, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a shower head that accommodated taller guests like myself. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. the breakfast offered at the hotel was one of the best we've had, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The wait we experienced upon arrival, as the staff member was not immediately available at the front desk. Perhaps having a night manager with a phone readily available could improve the check-in process.
