We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Calgary. The location was perfect for what we needed, close to the downtown core but not right in it. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we wanted like a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffeemaker. The staff were friendly and attentive, always responding quickly to our requests. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a step above the standard offerings, with warm options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Calgary.

We had a wonderful Xmas stay with two complementary dishes that fit our dietary requirements. the hotel's location was superb, just minutes away from the Xmas festivities. We also loved the on-site gym facilities to burn off holiday indulgences.

Controlling the temperature in the room was challenging, and the outdated mechanism required an upgrade. We also experienced noise disturbances from the lift, trains, and adjacent parking lot during the night, which affected our sleep quality.
