During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and wifi the most. the hotel's convenient location near shopping and eateries was a big plus. Finally, the staff was exceptionally helpful and provided us with necessary travel information.

The room phone kept ringing all night, disturbing our sleep multiple times. the bathroom was small and cramped, making it challenging to move around and use the shower comfortably.
