Our room did not live up to the advertised view. Instead of a nice bay view, we were greeted with a partial view obstructed by trees.

There were toothpaste and soap remainders on the vanity, and the toilet seat had not been cleaned thoroughly. These issues took away from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the main avenue and close proximity to the inland island highway. This made it convenient for me to get around and explore the scenic beauty of Vancouver Island. the hotel offered a lovely paved path behind it, making it a delightful experience to take a refreshing walk after a long day of meetings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with a sitting area and a comfortable king bed. The bathroom was nice and big, and we loved the little sink, cupboards, and fridge. The hotel facilities were awesome, with a pool, hot tub, and waterslide that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, as it was in walking distance of lots of restaurants and close to a hill for some beautiful views. Additionally, being on the first ferry and very near the hotels laundry area was really convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, providing great customer service.
