Clean and comfortable rooms, with strong shower pressure. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the bonus amenities like the pool and hot tub. Although the coffee packets were not clearly complimentary, it was a minor detail. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

my recent stay at a hotel in saint john was fantastic! it exceeded my expectations from my previous visit, thanks to holiday inn express. the staff were so accommodating, changing our room quickly when needed. the clean and pet-friendly atmosphere made our stay even better.

As backpackers, we loved the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The self-served breakfast had a good selection of foods, and we appreciated the convenience of the Keurig coffee machine. The staff, especially Tommi at the front desk, were excellent and always willing to help. The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, and we enjoyed the live music at the nearby pub.

The king suite was spacious with a kitchenette and sofa. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the Pub Down Under was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown attractions and the highway. a highly recommended stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable and modern. The location was perfect for me with its proximity to the hospital and nearby shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information about local attractions and offering recommendations.

One improvement that could be made to the breakfast items would be to have more variety and options for those who do not eat pork or bacon. Perhaps offering turkey or chicken sausages as alternatives would be a great addition to cater to different dietary preferences.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything but not really walkable to anything. It is right to the downtown area bustling with restaurants and to the market place. It is also close to major attractions such as the Reversing Falls. The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The USB ports in the room were a little crooked behind the face plate, making them unusable.

The walls in the hotel were quite thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. there wasn't much privacy as the dining area was located in the lobby and I felt like I was being watched while eating.

As a young family, we loved the inclusive morning breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The clean and updated rooms provided lots of space and a nice bathroom. The pool and hot tub area were well-maintained and enjoyable.

We felt so welcome during our stay that there was no reason to complain.
