The room was so cozy with a cool coffee machine and fridge. I loved the safety deposit box for my stuff and the flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day of exploring. the private bathroom was a nice touch!

I wished there were more grab bars in the bathroom for safety.

Recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Comox for a weekend getaway. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spacious, well-furnished room, and the speedy wifi, our stay was excellent. the delicious breakfast spread, including EV charging stations, added to the convenience. the attentive housekeeping staff and comfortable bedding made our stay memorable.

Despite some minor inconveniences like noisy fans and charging issues, the newly opened hotel impressed me with clean rooms, super comfy beds, and a great breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the location required a car, the overall experience was positive despite a few hiccups.

The exceptional front desk staff truly made our stay memorable, with their warm welcome and professional service. the modern room, comfy bed, and great breakfast added to the positive experience. the lack of grab bars in the shower was a safety concern that needs attention.

Loved the comfy beds and the yummy breakfast with those cute little omelettes and cinnamon buns! appreciated having the option to relax in the cozy chairs in the room and using the key for the elevators added a sense of extra security. Just a minor hiccup with the slightly noisy fan in the room, but it didn't bother too much. great stay and will definitely come back! 😊
