Additionally, the hotel offered free underground parking for guests.

The internet connection in the hotel was slow and often disconnected.

I had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. The location was incredibly convenient, with the Metrotown Skytrain station right across the street and two malls within a 5-minute walk. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, except for one lady with blond hair. The complementary snacks and drinks in the room were a nice touch, and I appreciated the availability of soft and firm pillows. The lobby computers were convenient and free to use.

Check-in was a bit slow due to limited terminals and staff in training. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Over Thanksgiving, I had a great stay at a hotel in Burnaby. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. the room was very comfortable and made me feel right at home.

One downside to my stay was that the pool was outside, making it less accessible during colder weather. the elevators required a room key for access, making it slightly inconvenient when traveling with others who have different room keys.
