The staff accommodated our disabled son by providing an adjoining room with an accessible bathroom. The king size bed was comfortable. Free parking and wifi were included. The location is convenient, close to the Hanlon Pkwy and downtown restaurants. The food was excellent and the waitresses provided prompt and efficient service.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The location is great, right off the Hanlon Pkwy and just a quick 5-minute drive to downtown. It's also conveniently situated across from a mall and a strip mall plaza, which was a great plus. The staff here were amazing - they were responsive to all our questions and concerns and provided excellent service. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff even allowed us to bring our dog, which was a big plus for us. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were clean and well-maintained. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to our friends.

We enjoyed exploring downtown Guelph, which was only a quick 5-minute drive from the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, and the waitresses in the dining area were especially attentive and friendly. The rooms, although a bit tired, were comfortable with cozy beds and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The breakfast, prepared by Chef Alex, was varied and cooked to perfection. the hotel offered a convenient and pleasant stay.

There were some minor maintenance issues with the bathroom, such as dripping taps and slow-draining sinks.

The hotel had a nice view from the window, and the pool was large and clean. , the location of the hotel was near a shopping center, which was a plus.

The service at this older hotel was impeccable, and the cleanliness was impressive. We especially loved the heated toilet floor, which was perfect for the winter season. The room was spacious, although the twin beds were smaller than expected. We enjoyed having a Keurig coffee machine in the room, although it would have been nice to have a greater variety of tea options. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby breakfast options and a large mall across the street. I would recommend this hotel as long as you don't mind the outdated rooms.
