We stayed at this hotel for a Christmas party and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was exceptionally clean and soundproof. The bed was comfortable, and the food served at the party was good. The pool temperature was perfect, and the check-in process was quick. We also appreciated being able to stay until 2 pm for an extra fee. The wait staff was pleasant and provided excellent service.

Some areas of the dining room were not as clean as expected.

The rooms were a good size and well-decorated, and the bathroom was in good condition.

I appreciated the work desks in the lobby, which made it easy for me to get some work done. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, and the common spaces around the reception were well-designed and beautiful. My room had a microwave and mini fridge, which was a convenient bonus. I also want to mention that the hotel didn't charge me for the first night when my flight was cancelled due to bad weather. a fresh, brand new hotel experience that I would definitely recommend.
