absolutely horrid stay, everything from the unfriendly staff to the broken phone in my room made me feel like i was a nuisance. attempted to borrow a toothbrush but was told to come down instead of receiving help, what a joke! no upgrade or complimentary gesture for my troubles either, just plain disappointing. i almost gave you a good review, but just couldn’t.

The heated pool was spacious and unique, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploring.

The Wi-Fi connection was troublesome. an unprotected network led to some security concerns during our stay.

Chur, the check-in took ages, eh? But the room was clean and comfy. Super handy for downtown too. Would've loved if the pool was less cold, though.

I indulged in a four-night stay that was quite mixed. The bed was incredibly soft, making it a dream to sleep on. The cleanliness of the room impressed me, though I did encounter a few maintenance issues, like a slow-draining toilet. The friendly staff at Myra’s added warmth to the experience. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, did have some nice options.

Gotta say, the room was wicked nice and clean. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was a gem—Samir really made it special. Used the wifi and it worked just fine. The pool looked inviting, but didn’t dive in. You can hit the bus to downtown real quick. Good spot, really!

Had a sweet as time, but the pool was cold as ice and didn't get cleaned for ages. The beds were comfy though!

Clean room, comfortable bed, with reliable wifi that made it easy to stay connected, while the convenient free parking allowed us to explore the area effortlessly.

It was spacious, and I hadn’t seen anything like it in Ottawa before. The location was convenient for exploring the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, particularly the fantastic breakfast options. The kids loved that they could eat free anytime, which helped ease our travel expenses. I appreciated the location, making it easy for our team to explore Ottawa after check-in.

My wife says that the pool access policy could be improved for families.
