Staying at the Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre was a convenient choice for my transit in Toronto. The hotel's close proximity to the subway, just a half-block away, allowed for easy access to popular attractions like Ripley's Aquarium and the CN Tower. the convenience of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport being only 10 km away made my travel plans stress-free.

One minor negative aspect was the high cost and inconvenience of parking at the hotel. Maneuvering in the parking garage was challenging, and the fees were excessive.

This place may not be ideal for families as there were some homeless and drug addicted individuals in the area.

I especially appreciated the in-room safe and the air conditioning, which kept me cool during the hot summer days. The on-site restaurant was a great option for lunch and dinner, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down in the evening. I was impressed with the quality of service and the comfortable accommodations.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for my Christmas stay. It was centrally located and convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the staff at the hotel were also incredibly accommodating and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the bed in my room was like sleeping on a big marshmallow, and the pillows were equally comfortable. the room was also very clean, and the shower had hot, powerful water. These amenities made my stay at this hotel a great value for money.

The only minor fault that I found during my stay was that the rooms weren't very soundproof. I could hear noises from the rooms next to mine, as well as early morning noise from the cleaner's cupboard located opposite my room.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn in downtown Toronto. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Yonge St and the Air Canada arena. The lobby was impressive and the staff were extremely pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a king suite, which had a spacious sitting room with a sofa, TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The bed in the suite was very comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel offered great amenities and the breakfast was delicious. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it had everything we needed and the maids did a great job servicing the rooms. we had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre and would definitely recommend it to others.

We visited the Hockey Hall of Fame and got hyped seeing all the legendary gear and trophies. Then, we went on this super cool open-air tour high above the streets—it was like something out of a movie! Plus, we strolled through the Allan Gardens and it was totally Instagram-worthy.

If there was one thing I'd ask for, it'd be a better selection of late-night snacks and drinks for us party-loving teens!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite a small issue with room placement, the staff quickly resolved it and made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
