The convenience of having a full kitchen in our room made our stay much more enjoyable, especially since we traveled with our disabled family member who requires accessible accommodations. The roll-in showers were a great addition and made it easier for us to take care of our loved one's needs. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was ideal, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

It is also amazing for its proximity to downtown and the ease of transportation, with bus routes nearby. The staff at this hotel are friendly, positive, and helpful. Their customer service is exceptional, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms at this hotel are extremely clean and spacious. The bed sheets smell super fresh, and the beds themselves are very comfortable. The full kitchen in each room is a nice addition, although the delicious hot breakfast served in the morning and the appetizing socials during the week are definitely worth trying.

This hotel is a hidden gem near Pearson airport. Unlike other airport hotels we've tried, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The spacious suites provide a welcome escape from noisy neighbors, thanks to effective soundproofing. The fully equipped kitchen is a bonus, complete with a working freezer that allowed us to indulge in multiple ice cream treats. The two TVs and extensive channel selection kept us entertained, and the large bathroom came stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast was impressive, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. The manager, Peter, clearly goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
