I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was extremely impressed. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants just across the street. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very respectful and courteous. They even accommodated my request for an optional extra day. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything from heating and air conditioning to a terrace and soundproofed rooms. I especially loved the flat-screen TV and the am/fm alarm clock. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing and enjoying a delicious meal.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel & Suites Normandin. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The location near the highway made it convenient for our travels. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we struggled with our limited French. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and we appreciated the little plastic stand on the chair arm for holding drinks. we had a positive experience and would consider staying at this hotel again or trying others in the chain.

The towels and floors are well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable experience. the friendly staff and nearby Normandin restaurant add to the positive experience.

Construction work around the hotel can make it slightly challenging to find the main entrance.

I was also pleased to find a restaurant nearby, Normandin, where we had delicious dinner and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
