I recently stayed at Hotel Blu for a week on a business trip. The hotel's style, pool, hot tub, gym, coffee. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and I appreciated that housekeeping cleaned the room daily without needing to be asked. The evening check-ins from housekeeping were a nice touch. I also loved the noon check-out time, which should be standard in the industry. The hotel pays attention to details that make the stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options and easy access to tourist sites.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the good location, with attractions and dining options within walking distance. The hotel had clean, spacious rooms with nice decor. We loved the hardwood floors and the shower with a glass wall and blind. The private terrace was a bonus, although there was no view. The room amenities, including the fancy coffee maker, kettle, and glassware, were a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff were amazing, with easy texting service and a helpful "Roxy" system. They accommodated our requests for a playpen and a tablet, and even allowed us to stream our personal Netflix to the TV. the staff was kind and attentive, and we appreciated their assistance with taxi requests and early check-in/late check-out.

We felt immediately at home and had no complaints during our stay.

The hotel's location in the Yale district of Vancouver is great, as it's very close to the main shopping area, dining areas, and in the center of downtown. The rooms come with a well-stocked bathroom that contains good quality products and some with a balcony or terrace, which is nice. In addition, breakfast is included in the room rate, which is a plus.

All was ok, and no improvements were needed at this hotel.

Great location near many restaurants, spacious rooms with a lovely terrace and indoor pool with jacuzzi to relax in after a long day. Unique and creative design, perfect for downtown. Outstanding breakfast with egg benedict and very nice staff. Amazing corner room with balcony and view was granted every time I called direct.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel, on Robson Street. It was easy walking to sights like Gastown and Stanley Park, and the surrounding restaurants were fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the Nespresso machine and morning yoga. we recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Nothing not to love.

We recently had a great girls' getaway in a hotel located at the heart of downtown, steps away from popular hotspots in town. We enjoyed complementary wine, turn down service, and a great breakfast buffet. The room was both elegant and luxurious with an outdoor terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the amenities such as a pool, sauna, and fitness center made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience at this venue! The location is perfect as it is close to the shopping and dining areas, yet it's in a quiet area. The room amenities are excellent as we had everything we needed such as a mini-bar, terrace, and an in-room safe. We were impressed by the staff's service as they were so kind and gave us service above-and-beyond. Additionally, we enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the spa centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna.

Our romantic escape was amazing thanks to the exceptional customer service and nice, mellow ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, answering all of our questions and making us feel welcome. Plus, the complimentary bikes and shuttle service were a great way to explore the city easily. The self-serve laundry with provided washing powder was also super convenient for freshening up before heading home.

That the room doors were a bit thin, making it possible to hear the music from the nearby club. But honestly, we were so comfortable and well taken care of during our stay that it didn't even matter.
