The location is a short ride to Old Quebec, and the staff were super welcoming. Free coffee 24/7 in the lobby was awesome. The pool was a nice way to chill after a day out. Loved our clean room, too.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

We arrived early and were amazed to get our room ahead of check-in! The spacious junior suite was clean and equipped with great amenities. The pool was a treat to have to ourselves, and the generous breakfast spread included bagels and fruit—perfect for fueling our adventures.

The noise from traffic was a bit distracting at times, and the checkout process could use a little smoothing out. A more savory breakfast option would have been nice too. Watch out for the stairs if you're on the upper floors—luggage lifting can be a workout!

No elevator makes lugging big suitcases a hassle!!! The musty smell on the lower floor was off-putting at first. The single washing machine for the entire hotel is not nearly enough!!! More attention to room amenities like a coffee/tea brewer would be appreciated!!!

My stay at Hotel Du Nord was quite disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust and hair visible in the room, and I even found signs of mold in the bathroom. The so-called breakfast was misleading. just an apple and a cheese stick hardly qualifies as a meal, especially considering they charged extra for a real breakfast. Additionally, the locked pool situation was concerning, creating unnecessary hassle and safety worries.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The heated saltwater pool was a great spot to relax, and it was easy to get around the city via public transport.

The room could've been bigger for the price, and the breakfast options were pretty limited.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, and I appreciated the free coffee available all day. I had a decent grab-and-go breakfast that made it easy to start my day exploring the area. Finding local shops was nice for a European like me. The staff helped me with a taxi to the cruise terminal, which was nearly half the cost of the usual fare. It made the logistics easier.

The free parking was a huge plus! Our room was cozy, and having a small gym with a pool was great for unwinding after a day out.

Felt totally at home, no complaints at all.
