The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The comfortable bed and breakfast in a basket were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything.

There were noise issues at night that disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the shower pressure was not consistent and sometimes delivered lukewarm water.

From arrival to departure, everything at Hotel Du Vieux Quebec was first class. The location in the heart of old town was fantastic, with easy access to attractions and a lively street scene. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and provided all the necessary information and assistance. The housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel had a beautiful library/IT/game room with complimentary espresso, cappuccino, and latte. The eco-friendly touches, like the bee hive on the roof, added a unique charm. a five-star experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff welcomed us and ensured our every need was met. We were particularly impressed with the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The king-size bed on the main level was a luxurious touch, and we loved having magazines available for our relaxation. Additionally, the included breakfast was a delightful surprise, adding even more value to our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of everything. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy street. We loved the in-room coffee makers and the fantastic auto espresso maker in the lounge downstairs. The service was exceptional, with staff members being friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to being environmentally friendly, such as providing reusable water bottles and borrowing options. we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the Green initiatives at this hotel, with the solar panels charging the property. The coffee machine in the great room was amazing, and I enjoyed the free popcorn while picking out a movie from the DVD collection. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

our stay at the hotel du vieux quebec was absolutely amazing. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. the room was clean, comfortable, and had blackout curtains, which made for a great night's sleep. we also loved the thoughtful gesture from the reception staff for our honeymoon.

The beds were incredibly comfortable with a wide selection of pillows to choose from, ensuring a great night's sleep. Despite its central location, the room was quiet, perfect for light sleepers like myself. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even offering umbrellas. Despite the small window overlooking the inner courtyard, the room provided a peaceful and relaxing environment.

The hotel staff made us feel well taken care of, with nothing being too much trouble.

The beds were fabulous with three types of pillows to choose from, outstanding homemade pastry for breakfast, friendly staff, luxurious bath, environmentally conscious practices, top-notch location.
