I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in a magical forest and close enough to the village for any shopping needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a heated swimming pool and a beautiful sun terrace to relax on. I also loved the variety of activities available, like hiking and cycling, to truly immerse myself in nature. The room itself was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including a sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the fresh air. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the wait was definitely worth it!

Great layout - Well-managed space. Good amenities, friendly staff. Chalet equipped with hot shower and everything needed. Quick resolution of initial problem. Some sites better than others. Convenient access to snowshoe and ski trails.

Nothing it was perfect.

Christmas at the hotel was quite the experience. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the slopes. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hot tub was a great addition to our stay after a long day skiing.

The room was dusty and not well-maintained. the sheets were also scratchy, which made it hard to sleep comfortably.

We stayed at Huttopia for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time. The bathrooms were impressively clean and the showers were like a luxurious hotel experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite being short-staffed. The chalet we stayed in was well-equipped and had plenty of hot water. The location is extraordinary, surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and with a heated pool and various activities on-site. The food was surprisingly good, though it took a bit longer to prepare. a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Nice location with good trail network. Chalets are like little cabins with baseboard heating. Fully equipped kitchen with BBQ and propane cylinder provided. Clean and comfortable with warm duvets, clean toilet/shower, and good fire pit

There was nothing I didn't like.

Having a fireplace in the chalet was a great addition, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The sled transportation from the parking area was a fun experience, especially for the kids. The location near a small river was a lovely touch, providing a peaceful and calming ambiance.

The limited supply of essentials such as one trash bag and running out of toilet paper was inconvenient. Having only one key for five people was a bit impractical and caused some inconvenience.

The bathrooms were very clean and had individual rooms, and the showers were impressive, feeling like a hotel shower experience. the various activities on site offered a wide range of fun things to do, and the nearby waterfall area was a special highlight. Lastly, the cabin provided everything we needed and more, including a fully equipped kitchen and a wood stove.

The lack of air conditioning in the chalet, which made for uncomfortable nights in hot weather. It would have been nice to have at least some fans or ceiling fans to cool down.

It would be ideal if the reception/restaurant area had longer opening hours to accommodate early arrivals.
