They were both incredibly courteous and professional, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Chef Reet also provided excellent service and always had a smile on his face. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the breakfast offered a good selection of food. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being very clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool which our family thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect for our needs, being near the airport and in the area we needed to stay. Additionally, the staff were pleasant and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for one night during our family vacation. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the indoor pool that our kids loved, everything was perfect. The top-notch decor throughout the hotel was impressive. The included breakfast was a WOW experience with a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel's approach of providing value without breaking the bank is commendable. We'll definitely be returning, even if it means a longer drive to our destination.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast offered complimentary was a great addition to our stay with a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to several restaurants and shops. the room temperature was perfect and the lighting and shower were enjoyable.

We had some issues during our stay such as being charged a deposit fee upon check-in which was not advertised online, and having some trouble with the room's cleanliness. the total price quoted online was also vastly different from the actual price upon checking in, leading to some frustration after a long day of travel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to an industrial area, making it a great choice for business travelers. The proximity to the airport is also a plus. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread is varied and delicious, with daily changing options. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet the guests' needs.
