As a former hotelier, I understand the challenges of keeping up with upgrades, but the staff at Inn At The Falls were excellent. The new Mews rooms were sleek and well-designed, and the terrace and Basilic Restaurant were impressive. The location overlooking the river was fantastic, with some rooms offering excellent views. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice deck. The beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, even accommodating last-minute requests.

Our stay at Inn At The Falls was wonderful. The location was ideal and we loved being able to walk to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. We especially appreciated having a microwave and coffee machine in the room for added convenience. The historical charm of the building and the hospitality of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a quiet and peaceful experience.

Although the inn is being renovated, we were informed about it and it did not impact our stay in any negative way. The only drawback we experienced was that the room had only a window unit AC, so it was a bit warm at times.

The hotel had a lot of history and charm, which I absolutely loved. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they provided us with helpful information and recommendations for places to visit. the food at the on-site restaurant was fantastic, and we enjoyed a delicious meal there. the location was key, with a beautiful view of the river from our room and chairs on the deck to relax and take in the scenery.

The rooms were in need of some upgrading, with holes in the walls and a noticeable smell of humidity. the hallways leading to the rooms also had a similar smell and felt cold.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to everything. Not only was it fairly close to the downtown area, but it was also conveniently close to the falls. We enjoyed the charm of the historic main structure and the quiet patio for dinner. The staff were amazing and the new owners had done an amazing job on the common areas, making our stay enjoyable.

The room we stayed in, #128, was on the smaller side but it was perfect for our short stay. The highlight of our trip was when we were asked if a contractor could paint our room door. We agreed and went out for a walk. When we returned, the door was wide open with no handle and our belongings inside. It was a bit unsettling, but the contractor quickly realized the mistake and fixed it. Although it disrupted our plans, the staff was apologetic and made sure everything was back in order.
