The front desk staff were very friendly, and the bed in the room was incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the price was reasonable for what we got.

The morning meal could have been better with more options and variety.

The hotel I stayed in was currently undergoing renovations, but despite that, the newly refurbished studios were clean and modern. the rooms were well equipped and had a luxurious feel to them. the central location of the hotel was also a plus, making it convenient for shopping and eating out. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.

During my winter holiday stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near plenty of food options. This made it easy for me to find a variety of dining choices during my stay. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking space available, which was a great convenience, especially for guests traveling by car. Furthermore, the service at check-in was prompt and the staff was able to provide me with the items I requested even before I reached my room.

One drawback during my stay was the recurring issue with the elevator. It was often out of service or blocked for luggage movement, causing delays and inconvenience.

The room was insane, perfect breakfast, great location, outstanding staff, 24/7 pool, really good!

The value for money at the hotel was great, with a spacious and well-equipped room. The staff at the restaurant and bar were delightful and always helpful. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Chinatown with its excellent Asian restaurants, and the high floor offered stunning views of the Bow River. The living room was very nice, and both the bedroom and washroom were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast option could have been better, perhaps with a wider variety of choices.

Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is conveniently situated to experience the Calgary Stampede. Close proximity to billionaire high-rises and fancy shopping adds to the appeal. The lobby, though in need of renovation, provides a comfortable arrival experience. The spacious suites offer a bright atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows and good air conditioning. The included breakfast is a standout, featuring real eggs, bacon, and other delicious options. the hotel offers a porter service and friendly reception staff.

Furniture and bathroom amenities are in need of upgrading.

The renovated two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious and felt like a home away from home. the extra space and good storage options made it easy to settle in comfortably. Additionally, the swimming pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day of work. the hotel's location, connected to the Plus 15 walkway, was a huge convenience, allowing for easy access to downtown offices and shops.

The noise from the elevator was quite distracting, especially when trying to sleep at night. Additionally, the lack of fresh options at the hotel breakfast was disappointing.

I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Calgary. The location was perfect, being just beside Chinatown, which meant we had plenty of options for late-night dining. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a king bed off of the living area. The breakfast included option had a wide variety of choices to suit everyone in our party.

Everything was fine; however, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the pool size.

The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the beautiful king suite on the 29th floor. The attention to detail was evident in the delicious breakfast buffet that catered to everyone in our party. Additionally, the location of the hotel, just beside Chinatown, made it convenient to explore downtown Calgary and its shops.

The hotel could improve on its kitchenette amenities to provide basic cutlery and crockery for guests to use.
