I absolutely loved the modern and stylish vibe of this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. Being able to have a casino within the hotel was a fun and convenient bonus. The dining experience at Victor was outstanding, adding to the overall wonderful stay.

my stay at jw marriott in vancouver was fantastic. exceeded my expectations with stylish design, friendly staff, and great dining options. loved the central location near the seawall and top restaurants in yaletown.

The value for money at Jw Marriott was excellent and the room was spacious and relaxing with plenty of storage. The location was perfect for us with its close proximity to Rogers Arena. The staff were so gracious, helpful and genuinely cared about our stay.

The breakfast could have been better with more attentive customer service.

The complementary breakfast and parking were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a prime area for exploring the city, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. the pool was also a great feature and provided a nice escape from the heat.

The cleanliness was subpar and we had issues with the mini bar not being stocked properly. the noise from outside was very disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

All the beauty treatments offered, from facials to manicures, were top-notch, the Treatment rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the private facilities were an added luxury. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was that the in-room breakfast could have been better, as the menu options were a bit limited. this was a very small issue, and did not take away from our overall experience at this exclusive hotel.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the Jw Marriott. The staff genuinely cared about our experience, from check-in to check-out. The concierge desk was fantastic, and the car service was a great convenience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. The 6th floor fountain/park provided a serene view from our window. We would definitely stay here again or try the Douglas next door. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
