The lack of an elevator means lugging heavy bags up narrow stairs!!! The shared bathrooms could use more privacy features, and there seems to be a glaring absence of basic amenities like a kettle or even a TV in the room!!!

The location was super convenient just blocks from the train station and easy access to public transportation. Loved the free underground parking very secure. Enjoyed the fresh tea and coffee in the morning perfect start!
