Just returned from a delightful weekend at Kinipi Spa Nordique in Trois-Rivieres. The thermal experience was truly incredible, with a massive hot tub grotto area and relaxing waterfalls. The terrycloth robes, hanging chairs, and wood burning chimineas added to the ambiance. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, offering plenty of spa facilities including impressive saunas and a circuit. The massages were also top-notch. The suites were spacious, although I wished there were washer and dryer connections. Underground indoor parking was a great perk, and the hotel's location offered easy access to a nearby golf course. it was a very pleasant stay with a great quality-price ratio.

Minor language barrier at check-in.

During my Christmas getaway, I enjoyed the beautiful rooms with huge windows letting in lovely natural light. the staff was accommodating and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed. the food was mouth-watering, and we loved the cozy atmosphere created by the restaurant decor.

One huge downfall is that you must have the stamina of an athlete to navigate the grounds, with so much distance between buildings. And to make matters worse, I was forced to go outside in the bitter cold to find the only smoking area, located far away from where I was staying.

We got amazing value for our money, with a spacious and clean room that I would happily live in. The location was great, with a beautiful property and lots of relaxing spa facilities. The staff treated us very well.

The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe adding more variety to the menu.
