The place was recently refurbished and everything seemed brand new. the utilities were excellent, including a microwave, stove, and full cupboards. the location was fantastic, right on the harbor, with lots of music to find and listen to.

We were supposed to have a sea view but it was blocked by a parked semi-truck and equipment. We were also disturbed by the noise of trucks and workers in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at La Digue Suites for a week of exploring Cape Breton. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, right in the heart of town with a beautiful ocean view. The rooms were spotless and modern, and Penny went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The bathroom facilities were top-notch and the booklet with local information was a helpful touch. The suite itself was newly renovated and had a cozy fireplace, great kitchenette, and comfortable beds. Plus, having separate bedrooms added privacy. a wonderful experience!

We had a blast at this newly renovated hotel! The room had great lighting and the windows provided beautiful views. The A/C was quiet and kept us comfortable. The location was amazing, right by the water with restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The staff were friendly and gave us great recommendations for beaches, hiking, and live music. a fantastic stay for us youngsters!

Felt snug, but nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at La Digue for two nights and enjoyed the spacious and clean room facing the harbour. The hosts were fantastic and accommodating, making us feel right at home. With a cozy bed, pull-out couch, and ample space for our family of four, we had a comfortable stay. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and easy-to-use TV. The town itself was delightful, with plenty of music and sights to explore. We are already planning to return to this wonderful place in the future.
