The staff was friendly and efficient, providing us with clear arrival instructions and promptly addressing any issues that arose.

Our stay at La Pignoronde was exceptional. The location was perfect for enjoying wintry activities in the Charlesvoix region. We were so close to Baie St Paul and Le Massif/Sentier de Charlesvoix, making it convenient for us to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The morning views from our unit were breathtaking and created a serene atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals effortlessly, although the utensils were clearly well-used. Being on the ground floor meant no stairs to navigate, which was a huge plus compared to other units. Additionally, the abundance of electric vehicle charging stations was a great convenience.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The thermostat technology caused some issues, making it challenging to maintain a lower, comfortable temperature.
