The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very near the Bell Centre and close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with modern amenities such as USB and AC chargers on the nightstand. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the service provided by the staff is excellent. the hotel gym is large and well-equipped, with a variety of machines and weights to meet every need. it is a great choice for business travel or attending a conference.

It's a shame that the hotel doesn't offer secure wifi, which could be a major security risk.

The hotel also offers valet parking, which took away the stress of finding a parking spot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the concierge services. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

We had a truly great stay at Sheraton. They went above and beyond to accommodate our dog, providing a dog bed, bowls, and even baggies for walking. Our room was positioned in a quiet corner to minimize hallway traffic. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful, making our experience exceptional. The location was fantastic, with a great coffee bar nearby. Despite a small issue with room service food, our overall stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to major attractions and amenities such as shopping areas and public transportation. the view from the higher floors was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. the staff was helpful and the club lounge provided a nice space to relax and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks.

The room lacked a fridge, which was inconvenient. the door was not soundproof, leading to noise disturbances.

As a young family, we loved the convenient location near St. Catherine Street for shopping and the variety of nearby restaurants. The hotel's restaurant/lounge was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable, making it hard to leave!

The location couldn't have been better, as I was able to easily walk to all the main attractions and shopping spots. I didn't even need a car! The service here was top-notch, from the helpful staff at the entrance to the concierge services that helped me plan my day. The room was absolutely stunning and provided enhanced comfort with its spacious layout and a cozy sitting area. The bed was amazingly comfortable, allowing me to get a restful night's sleep. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the iconic basilica and nearby Fairmont. The large windows provided plenty of natural light, making the whole room feel bright and inviting.

The bathroom was larger than expected, making it easy to get ready. The hotel facilities were great, with a fully-equipped gym and a lovely saltwater pool. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was ideal. It was in the center of the city, close to many restaurants and attractions, so I didn't need a car to get around.

We were able to walk to the Bell Centre, Old Montreal, and St. Catherine Street with ease. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the spaciousness of our room and the stunning view of Mount Royal. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully-equipped gym to the saltwater pool and spa facilities. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city.

there were some issues with the alarm clock in the room, which resulted in an early morning wake-up call that was not planned. the soundproofing in the hotel could have been better, as there was quite a bit of noise from outside, making it difficult to sleep at times.
