The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists. It is situated in the lively Byward Market neighborhood, with plenty of malls, restaurants, and activities nearby. You can easily explore the famous Parliament Hill, visit museums, or take a stroll along the Rideau Canal locks. The room is comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to assist guests. They even left a thoughtful welcome note and gift for my son, who is a new student at Ottawa University.

The issue with parking. My ticket didn't work, and I had to pay twice for parking, which was expensive.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. You won't have to worry about transportation, as everything is just a short stroll away. Plus, if you're in the mood for some nightlife, there are plenty of nightclubs close by to dance the night away.

The lighting system in the suite was a bit complicated to figure out. It took me a while to understand how to adjust the lights to my liking.

The hotel room was amazing! the bathroom was huge and the bathtub had a fantastic view of the city. the breakfast was included and was the best I've ever had at a hotel. There were so many options, including fresh fruit, eggs, cheeses, and porridge. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions and landmarks.

There were a few small things that could be improved. the room didn't have slippers and there were no hooks in the shower for washcloths or soap.
