Sens Hotel provided great value for our money. The room was spacious and well-appointed with modern decor and luxurious bath products. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and friendly. The location was convenient, with close proximity to McGill University, a subway stop, and the beautiful Mont Royal. The neighborhood felt clean and safe.

The breakfast items could have been improved.

It was just a few short blocks from one of the bus stops, so getting around was a breeze. Plus, the subway station was right around the corner, making it convenient for me to take trips around the city.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and late check-out with no extra charge. They even helped us switch to a room with a higher floor and a front view. Anne Marie, the main hostess, was especially sweet and helpful.

Our room had some issues with the amenities, such as the phone, mini bar, toilet, coffee machine, and thermostat not working properly. However, the front desk quickly sent someone to fix the thermostat after we complained.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a nice location in Montreal for a few days. the rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel provided a variety of food options for breakfast. the staff were polite and accommodating, and they even went above and beyond to compensate us for a mistake they made. the hotel's proximity to the city center, art district, and shopping areas was a great advantage. it was a pleasant experience, especially considering we were traveling with extended family.

The location on Rue Sherbrooke is perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The staff at this place went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe, made my stay even more comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch.

The hotel offered a great location, with convenient access to public transportation. It was easy to get around and explore the city. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant were exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service. Another advantage was the spacious room we were upgraded to, it was comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. the billing process was confusing and there were issues with the coordination between the hotel employees, leading to a mix-up in our billing.
