We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little house. The cleanliness was spotless, from the kitchen facilities to the freshly scrubbed room and shared bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a TV, small fridge, and even a large water cooler for convenience. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, including the 004 bus and close proximity to food outlets. We also loved the fact that we could easily walk to downtown and enjoy the excellent coffee at a nearby café called Platform 7.

We loved the location of this cozy accommodation - just a 7-minute walk to the Pacific Coliseum, where we attended an event. The convenience of having a nearby convenience store and a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away was very convenient for us. The ride to downtown Vancouver only took us 20-25 minutes, making it easy to explore the city. The mattress in our room was comfortable and perfect for resting after long hikes. The shared areas were spacious and accessing the house was a breeze. We also enjoyed the good vibes and great selection of drinks and snacks at the Blind Rabbit bar on E Hastings st, just a 15-minute walk away.

Convenient location near Pacific Coliseum, easy walk to PNE. Room A can be noisy, but fan helps. Freshly cleaned room and shared bathroom. Water cooler available, towels provided. TV and fridge in room. Lovely neighborhood with trees and character homes. Burrard View Park nearby. Helpful corner store steps away. Great value in expensive city.

While the cleanliness was generally satisfactory, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The towels in the shared bathroom had some black dust on them, which made them less pleasant to use.

The location was perfect for catching a bus into town, and it was easy to get around. The bed was comfortable, and the living space was cozy. We appreciated having a fan in our room to cool down during the hot weather. Each room had its own WiFi and TV, which was a nice bonus. The shared kitchen and living area were spacious and well-maintained. it was a comfortable and affordable place to stay in this charming East Vancouver neighborhood.

Nice quiet area, 7 min walk to Pacific Coliseum, convenience store across the street, bus stop 3 min walk. Cozy room, great mattress, spacious shared areas, easy access.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the convenience of having bath products, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies provided. The family room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The bus stop right outside was a major plus, making it easy for us to get to downtown in 20/30 minutes.
