La salle du restaurant et le bar étaient fermés peut-être par manque de clients.

We absolutely loved the color scheme, the cleanliness, and the spaciousness of our room. The kitchenette was a great addition, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with downtown and bus stops within walking distance. a great experience for families!

Felt like our own home, nothing to complain about.

Spacious rooms, like a full one-bedroom apt. Attached covered parking available for a small fee. Helpful and outstanding staff. Good location with secure parking. Comfortable bed and good showers with plenty of hot water.

The room at Les Hotel & Suites was incredibly cozy and spacious. The warm colors and temperature created a comfortable atmosphere. We had everything we needed and the staff went out of their way to be kind, friendly, and helpful. If we ever return to London, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

The parking situation was quite problematic. There were limited spaces available on site, and the nearby parking options were expensive.

We loved the spacious multi-room suite, perfect for our bigger group of friends. The abundance of windows and natural light was a great touch. The green tea-scented shampoo, conditioner, and lotion added a lovely aroma. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including dishwashing liquid. it was a great stay for families too.

The staff was amazing and noticed we left behind our Apple Watch, allowing us to retrieve it before leaving town. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had real dishes. The wifi was excellent, and the pillows passed my picky test. The bathroom was clean and had an excellent shower.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.
