We had a great view of the harbor from our spacious and clean room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront. The front desk manager, Ted, went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide excellent service. The room we stayed in was one of the best in the hotel. Despite a minor issue with the furniture creaking, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyable stay.

The hotel was full of Old World charm, with high ceilings, wooden floors, and tall windows. The sitting room next to the bed was a nice touch, and the spacious bath was a big plus. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the ocean front, shops, and fun eateries. We enjoyed the fish fillets at The Fish Shack and the pound and a pint mussel special at The Salt Shaker. Plus, the chowder was great.

The hotel staff was hit and miss. Some were extremely friendly, while others couldn't be bothered.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything to do around here so I never ran out of activities. The staff was extremely accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even providing me with amenities for my pet. The room was spotless, with all of the amenities I could need, including an alarm clock and flat-screen tv. I really appreciated the 24-hour reception, as it allowed me to come and go as I pleased.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to restaurants, shops, and all the attractions we wanted to visit. It made it easy for us to explore the town and enjoy our time in Lunenburg. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with large windows that provided privacy. The staff were helpful and went the extra mile to assist us, even contacting a photographer to try and acquire a photograph we admired. We also appreciated the parking facility, which was visible from our room.

The parking area could be better lit at night, making it a bit challenging to navigate in the dark.

Plus, there's ample parking available nearby for convenience.

The mowing at 8 am in the morning was a bit disruptive and could have been scheduled at a more considerate time.
