The location, nestled in the heart of nature, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The cleanliness of the lodge was impressive, and the pictures on the website accurately represented the well-maintained facilities. We especially enjoyed the cozy common room with its pool table, dartboard, TV, and fireplace. It provided the perfect place to relax and unwind in the evenings. The breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of American-style options. The staff, particularly the owner, were kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for exploring the area.

Our cabin, equipped with tea and coffee facilities, was comfortable and warm, thanks to the efficient 'fire' heating system. The host, Stefan, was friendly and accommodating, adding to the pleasant and welcoming ambiance. The on-site restaurant, although our cabin lacked a full kitchen, offered delicious meals and was a great dining option. We had such a great time that we even extended our stay by an extra night. Madawaska Lodge is an ideal base for hiking, exploring, or simply relaxing.
