the towels were absolutely terrible, rough as sandpaper. as it was my daughter's wedding night, I expected something more special—perhaps even a flower or complimentary drink? truly disappointing for a supposedly reputable hotel. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

However, the bathroom sink was more of a splash zone than a sink! Also, who knew room cleaning was a luxury these days?

The King Room was spotless, making our family feel right at home. We loved the modern decor and the convenience of an indoor swimming pool to unwind after a long day. The staff's warmth added a lovely touch to our stay, truly enhancing our experience.

A concerning incident with an overly attentive hotel guest made our stay a bit stressful. This hotel may be suitable for a quick family visit, but improvements in communication and safety would enhance the experience.

However, the room felt a bit dark due to limited lighting, and the towels appeared quite worn—definitely not what you'd expect at a hotel like this. The location isn’t exactly central, requiring a drive of around 25-35 minutes for downtown activities, which can be a hassle if you’re looking to hit up concerts or events.

The staff were grand, really made me feel welcome. The place was lovely and clean, and the food in the restaurant was grand as well. But I had to hoof it to the 4th floor for ice, which was a bit of a pain. Overall, a mighty spot for a stay!

During my stay, I had an issue with forgetting my iPhone charger! The guy at the front desk lent me his personal charger which was just a lifesaver! Also, the lounge access was a pleasant surprise—24/7 snacks? Yes, please!

Being from Italy, I appreciate well-prepared food.
