We loved the excellent location of the hotel, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The hotel was close to famous shopping streets, department stores, and the Vancouver Art Academy. There were plenty of diners nearby and convenience stores for any needs. The hotel had fantastic room facilities, with everything imaginable and even a morning newspaper delivered to our door. The fitness center offered great amenities with a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The concierges were incredibly helpful and informative, and the front desk staff was efficient. The in-house restaurant, Diva, provided excellent food. We couldn't ask for more!

We were able to walk around the city easily, and it was conveniently located right across the street from a shopping mall.

We were delighted with the prime location of Metropolitan Hotel, just a stone's throw away from the picturesque waterfront. The friendly and helpful staff truly elevated our experience. Although slightly dated, the hotel still left a positive impression, and we appreciated the clean and modern rooms. The highlight for us was the impressive pool, which lived up to its stunning photos. we highly recommend this hotel.

The washroom was excellent! James, the Diva bartender and host, provided exceptional service. The rooms had efficient climatisation. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet and reasonably priced dinners. It was conveniently located, only 5 minutes from Canada line tube station.

The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to assist. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the city skyline from some rooms. Plus, the hotel features a fantastic restaurant/bar with great food and reasonable prices.

One downside is the need for serious updating throughout the hotel, including the rooms, lobby, and pool.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and spa area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The transportation options were also very convenient, with the City Centre metro station just a short walk away. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, providing me with the fuel I needed to start my day off right.

The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the bellman was very friendly and helpful with our bags. the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from restaurants and shopping. Plus, the view from our room was amazing!

Our Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel left much to be desired. the turkey was dry and tasteless, and the sides were lacking in flavor as well.
