the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance late at night. the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable – I got a great night's sleep. the complimentary breakfast was exactly what I was looking for to start my day, with a variety of options including eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast, and bagels. the coffee was excellent as well. the breakfast seating area was cozy and relaxing, and my kids particularly loved the pancake machine. it was a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at a nice new hotel for a week. The beds and pillows were awesome, providing a great night's sleep. I loved the easy access to chargers for our phones and the well-designed layout of the furniture in the room. The sliding mirror in the bathroom, with a storage cabinet behind it, was a unique touch. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with different options each day. The game room with the huge TV and PS4 was a hit with our nephew, and having laundry facilities on-site was convenient.

We also appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff who made the check-in process smooth. the cookies on arrival were a nice touch as well.

the Wi-Fi was unreliable and caused us some frustration. Lastly, the breakfast offered was a bit sparse compared to other hotels we've been to.
