The brand new bathroom in the clean and spacious room was a delight. We had access to a beautifully maintained pool, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, being close to restaurants and right next to the lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with brand new bathrooms that have everything you need. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast is diverse and plentiful, offering a great start to the day.

The room décor is a bit dated and could use an update.

We stop at this motel every year on our way through to New Brunswick. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and affordably priced. The staff make an effort to speak English and provide excellent service. The check-in and check-out process is fast and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The motel is well-located near Lake St Jean and offers easy parking. The rooms are large and comfortable, perfect for families. The pool in front of the rooms is a great addition, although we wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and the staff are helpful with printing tickets and providing restaurant recommendations. The recently renovated rooms are clean and the self-serve breakfast offers a reasonably varied selection.

My recent stay at Motel Roberval was exceptional. The recently renovated room had a fresh coat of paint and a new bath/shower. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. I appreciated the non-smoking policy and the absence of carpeting, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. The self-serve breakfast was simple yet reasonably varied, adding to the overall positive experience.

Our family had a fantastic stay at a lovely motel. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful lake where we enjoyed picnics and serene walks. We stayed in the newer section and were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room and the brand new bathroom. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the diverse and plentiful breakfast options were a big hit with our kids. The nearby restaurants made it convenient for us to grab a delicious meal after a day of exploring.

Although everything was wonderful, the lack of carpeting in the room made it slightly cold for our bare feet.

stayed here before and always clean, neat and affordable. Recently renovated, very clean, friendly staff, and included continental breakfast. Everything exceeded our expectations for a relaxing spa holiday.

The beds were a little too stiff for my liking, and the soundproofing could have been better as noise from the hallway could be heard in the room.

The room at Motel Roberval was just as shown in the photos. It was clean and had a nice bathroom with a good shower. The fast check-in and check-out process was a plus, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The motel is conveniently located in Roberval, near Lake St Jean, with easy parking. The price was also reasonable. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay at Motel Roberval. The breakfast could have been better, as it only consisted of Corn flakes, some fruits, coffee, and muffins.

The bedspreads in the rooms were a bit worn and some had holes in them. However, this could be a sign that they are regularly washed, unlike some other hotels.
