The initial room was unkempt, lacking proper cleanliness and amenities!!! A high deposit fee with no 24-hour service is inconvenient!!! Update the bathrooms, and consider providing more towels per room!!! Insufficient noise insulation was disappointing!!!

Had a rough time with cleanliness—room was filthy, and the staff wasn't very professional. But the air conditioning was efficient, which was a lifesaver!

We had a fun time swimming in the heated outdoor pool and enjoyed some BBQs in the courtyard. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated having a little kitchen space to prepare meals for the family and our little dog.

However, a significant downside was the lack of the promised swimming pool, which disappointed my family. Additionally, customer service left much to be desired, particularly when our room configuration wasn't honored. Overall, a mixed experience.

The outdoor BBQ area was a great addition, and the 2nd floor patio table was perfect for family meals. The AC in the room was efficient and kept us cool, and the staff were so helpful throughout our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with a spacious suite, super comfy bed, and a spotless bathroom. The heated pool and outdoor BBQ area offered great relaxation after a busy day. One tiny hiccup was the occasional noise from outside, but it didn’t ruin our vibe at all. 😊

during my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to Kelowna City Park, which is just a short stroll away, and I often visited the nearby Kasugai Japanese Garden, less than a 5-minute walk and such a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring the city.

Just an ideal choice for an overnight stay in Kelowna with reasonable value. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and made for a refreshing experience. Bring some privacy curtains if you’re staying on the ground floor.

The location was fantastic with restaurants and a grocery store just steps away we even enjoyed some late-night swimming in the pool it was a nice escape from the heat. The air conditioning worked like a charm kept our room cool just how we liked it.

It wasn't cheap but still pretty fair for what we got, that's for sure.
