My stay at Pan Pacific Vancouver was fantastic. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of downtown Vancouver and the harbor. The hotel's prime location made it easy to access the city's attractions and transportation hubs, providing convenience and stunning surroundings.

The hotel is showing its age and is in desperate need of renovation. From the outdated carpet and old wood treatment to aging bathroom fixtures, the property would greatly benefit from a modern update.

This place is really amazing. It's located right across the cruise terminal and is in the center of everything. One of the best things about this hotel is the service. The staff is always available for anything you need, whether it's room service, car rental, laundry, or tours. The rooms are great too, with cozy amenities like air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, sitting areas, and TV, as well as breathtaking views. Another highlight is the leisure center, which has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, such as a spa, sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor heated swimming pool.

This hotel is perfect for families.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, close to the SkyTrain and offering a great view of the harbor. The promenade and various sites are only a short walk away. The room was bright, clean, and had a great shower pressure. The gym and rooftop pool were a nice touch providing ample space and spectacular views.

The staff could have been more friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is right in the center of the city, with a fantastic location right across the cruise terminal and next to the convention center. Moreover, the rooms offer panoramic views of the beautiful harbor, including a spectacular snowy view of Coal Harbour. The staff at this hotel are also very friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Pan Pacific for my cruise and the location was fantastic! The porters took my bag directly from my room to the cruise baggage check-in, which was amazing. The view from the room overlooking Coal Harbour was stunning and the room itself was really clean. The staff was very friendly and the on-site restaurant had good options. I also had an amazing manicure at the spa. it was a relaxing stay with everything I needed.

Would recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the stunning views from our room and the exceptional service we received from the staff. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the harbor and nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient amenities such as a connected food court and underground access to transportation, making our stay even more convenient.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. the decor of the hotel felt outdated and in need of some renovations.

A great hotel in a great location. Beautifully appointed rooms, clean and very comfortable. 5 minutes to Gastown and lots of the city's best restaurants, one of which is in the hotel. Great value, will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night before a cruise and it was wonderful. Had a beautiful room with a stunning view of the harbor. the soundproof glass was a plus, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the service was top, notch, with knowledgeable staff in the club lounge and efficient check, in at the lounge. the bell staff even took our bags directly to the cruise ship. a great experience.

The food options on the room service menu and lobby bar were too eclectic and pretentious. It would have been nice to have some more casual and comforting options available.

The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient access to all the main attractions. It was just a short 5-minute walk to the local transport options, including buses, trains, and ferries. The hotel also had easy access to the Alaskan cruise ships, making it perfect for anyone embarking on a cruise. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing harbour view from the spacious, clean room. Bed was so comfy with soft linens. Had breakfast buffet every morning and it was great. Wine glasses were available upon request. a wonderful stay at a great location.

During my transit in Vancouver, I stayed at Pan Pacific Vancouver, a conveniently located hotel just 250 metres from Waterfront and 2.9 km from Olympic Village Skytrain station. The stunning views of downtown Vancouver and Mount Baker from the Deluxe Room provided a luxurious experience. The award-winning Five Sails Restaurant offered exquisite dining with panoramic vistas of the city, harbor, and mountains.

I encountered some minor inconveniences during my stay. The staff's lack of attentiveness resulted in delays when requesting a spa brochure and room service, leading to frustration and inconvenience.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a stunning harbor view. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and great walking opportunities. The staff treated me exceptionally well, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel thanks to its exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool. the outdoor heated swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing with comfortable sun loungers as we enjoyed a beautiful view. the restaurant provided delicious meals with special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities were a great advantage ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay.

Despite this, the service was exceptional, and the live entertainment provided a great atmosphere during dinner.
