Cozy, comfortable room with a fireplace. Perfect kitchen facilities for breakfast and light meals. Excellent concierge service, flexible shuttle bus. Forgot my phone charger, but they had rentals at the front desk. Great location, spacious two bedroom suite, spotlessly clean. Lovely outdoor pool and hot tub. Irish pub with live music and good food. Amazing, helpful staff throughout.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The management kindly upgraded us to a suite for our honeymoon, which had a kitchen, sitting area, and a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a complimentary bottle of wine. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, and gym, were top-notch. The central location allowed us to easily explore the village and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. we had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

The staff at Pan Pacific went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book a fantastic bear sightseeing tour that wasn't originally available, and the experience was truly incredible. We also appreciated the quick check-in process and the friendly and approachable staff. The room was clean and had a full-size fridge, which was perfect for our needs. The location overlooking the courtyard and chairlift was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the mountain, with clean, tidy, and spacious accommodations. The location was perfect, accessible to everything on the mountain side, and we could even watch the mountain bikers from our room. The hotel was right in the village and just a stone's throw away from the slopes. The staff was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. We also enjoyed the pool with its stunning view and the hot tub where we could relax after a long day of activities.

The housekeeping could have been better. We noticed soiled areas in the bathroom and the kitchen, and some spots on the dining table were sticky.

As a young family, we loved the awesome hotel facilities. The hot pools were all ours in the off-season, and the warm atmosphere of the room made it cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in front of the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola and near the center of the village.

We felt super comfortable at the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is the perfect choice for a solo traveler seeking a convenient and enjoyable stay. With its prime location right next to the slopes, you can easily hit the slopes and be back in your cozy room in no time. The hotel is also conveniently situated in the walking district of town, allowing you easy access to good restaurants, shops, and everything within the village. The rooms are clean and tidy, with helpful and warm staff members ready to assist you in any way possible.

The only downside is the occasional noise from nearby bars that can disrupt your sleep.

The hotel had two amazing complementary features that made my stay even better: a heated pool and a hot tub with views of the surrounding mountains. the location was also fantastic, as it was just steps away from the main gondolas and had stunning views of the surrounding area. the hotel had a convenient shuttle service that made it easy to get around.

there were some early morning deliveries that were quite noisy and disruptive, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. while the hotel had its advantages, the poor Wi-Fi and early morning noise made it a less than perfect experience.

The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for a luxurious stay.
