The location is perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that added a touch of luxury. The balcony was an added bonus, providing a private and tranquil space to relax. The breakfasts delivered to my room were absolutely fantastic, with an abundance of delicious food. I also appreciated the excellent service, from the attentive housekeeping to the prompt shuttle service. my stay here was top-notch and I can't wait to come back.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific in Whistler for a long visit. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, from the lobby to the rooms. The decoration and color scheme added a nice touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and supplies were perfect for longer stays. The staff, especially Sandra and the manager who helped me extend my stay, were friendly and professional. The 2 bedroom suite with King-sized and double bed was spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance to town. Breakfast was good, and the hot pool was excellent. The staff were also helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff were amazing, from the 24-hour reception to the restaurant buffet, they were all very professional and accommodating. The spa and wellness center were amazing. We loved the outdoor heated swimming pool and sun loungers. The back massages were just what we needed after a long day of hiking and cycling. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. We also appreciated the free shuttle service, which made getting around so much easier.

We have no complaints about this place. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great location in the heart of Whistler village with views of the gondola. Accommodated all of my requests including room floor, location, and view. Provided crib and highchair for my baby. Plenty of amenities for a budget traveler.

I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific in Whistler Village. The suite I stayed in had a breathtaking view and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist me. The breakfast was delicious and I loved that I could enjoy it in the comfort of my room. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the village but surprisingly quiet at night. The pool was great, with two jacuzzis and enough space to swim laps. The only drawback was the confusing parking lot, but the valet service was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families and pets too.

Great position and helpful staff

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location with friendly and accommodating staff. The room on the top floor was well-equipped and had everything I needed. The front desk staff, especially Tommy, went above and beyond to assist us with getting around and provided excellent suggestions for things to do. It was an added bonus that we were there for Canada Day celebrations. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning to this area in the future.

The free breakfast and the room service were great. the hotel was conveniently situated close to entertainment and outdoor activities without having to drive. the wifi connection was reliable and worked well for streaming movies.

The staff required better training. On multiple occasions, we had to call the front desk to follow up on requests as they did not arrive.
