The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. the hotel was conveniently located near shopping centers and easily accessible from main routes, making it convenient for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and welcoming, except for one person at the front desk during check-in.

Our stay was marred by a few negative experiences. there was a lack of security on-site, which became apparent when a drunk individual from a working crew mistakenly tried to enter our room late at night.

I recently stayed at Paradise Inn in Grande Prairie for a quick business trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Jimmy who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. The newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, with big soft pillows that made for a great night's sleep. The hot breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was easy to access and the price was reasonable.

It was convenient to get to the hotel from the airport, and the location was great for accessing the highway. Definitely recommended for a getaway!

As a pet owner, finding a pet-friendly hotel is always a priority, and Paradise Inn in Grande Prairie did not disappoint. They also provided us with breakfast vouchers for the attached diner, which served hot and delicious food. The clean room and comfortable bedding made our stay even more enjoyable. The efficient check-in and check-out process displayed their well-organized front desk. a satisfying experience.

On a positive note, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. the bar on-site was clean and fun, providing a great place to unwind after a long day. the hotel also offered ample parking space and a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which was convenient for us.

The noise levels in the hotel were unbearable, especially if you are assigned a room on the 3rd floor near the ballrooms. We had to complain twice in the middle of the night and ended up moving rooms just to get some peace and quiet.
