The hotel lacks a business center with a printer, requiring guests to email documents to the front desk for printing.

The price was affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the decently sized area for the morning complimentary breakfast. However, the best thing about our stay was the staff. They were fantastic - friendly and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome. The manager promptly addressed an issue with our room, showing genuine concern and ensuring it was fixed. our experience was wonderful.

Despite the lack of noteworthy views, the room itself was comfortable. It was also easy to connect to Edmonton's loop roads, making it a convenient location to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for us as it allowed easy access to Elk Island for our race, and the nearby Sawmill Restaurant provided a superb dinner and drinks experience afterwards. The hotel itself was wonderful, with very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room, which was a spacious and clean executive suite, had everything we needed, including a fridge, ironing board, and a very comfortable bed. The overall cleanliness and quietness ensured a peaceful stay, allowing us to fully recharge for our activities. We were also pleased with the selection of breakfast options, although it would be great if it was available for a bit longer.
