We had an amazing stay at a hotel in the city. the staff was beyond amazing - so helpful and friendly, especially with our kids. the rooftop bar was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved sipping on their delicious blood orange manhattans. the spa staff were also incredible, providing excellent service. the room had a large, modern bathroom and we appreciated the added amenities like a newspaper delivery in the morning and automatic lights in the closet. the hotel had a great location, close to the subway.

I had a fantastic stay at this motel. The bed was very comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, with plenty of power points and good water pressure in the shower. The location was incredibly convenient, close to the airport and the Middlemore Hospital train station. It was very easy to find the hotel, and the transportation options were great. I would definitely stay here again.

The suite was spacious and well-organized with frequent cleaning. Reception responded amazingly to our honeymoon request with thoughtful gestures. The concierge and staff were delightful, offering assistance with lost items and providing excellent service. The location was perfect, surrounded by good restaurants and a convenient tour bus stop right outside. The rooftop lounge had great views, food, and drink options.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in central Toronto. The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel facilities, the location for walking to shopping and restaurants, and the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel had a nice range of facilities including a restaurant and a rooftop bar with a beautiful view. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were kind and attentive, offering excellent service and helpful information.

Hands down best service, best staff and overall relaxing stay for my family and I. From the front desk staff, the staff in JONI restaurant, to the guy that took us out in the hotel car, to the lady that cleaned our room. We were always well taken care of in any and every aspect, whether it be food, transportation or even an extra robe brought to our room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. the location was also a big plus as it was close to most of the things we wanted to see. the gym had awesome treadmills and the gym/spa change rooms were lovely. the room had nice robes and slippers, and it was clean. the bed was very comfy and the blackout blinds were good at keeping the room dark. the toiletries smelled nice and the lobby area was lovely. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to access Yorkville shopping and restaurants, and there was green P parking close by. We even got a room upgrade for only $20!

Enjoyed a great stay over Easter. Friendly and helpful staff who always greeted us with a smile. Location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved the rooftop lounge with stunning city views. the bed was comfortable and we were pleased with the high-quality toiletries provided.

That there was no complimentary coffee in the room, but it was easily accessible in the lobby. the older TV was a bit disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a prime location in Toronto. The hotel was situated near all major attractions and beautiful residential areas, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable bed linens that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. One highlight of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, where I had the opportunity to enjoy delicious food prepared by Tatiana, a talented chef. The breakfast options were also top-notch. Moreover, the hotel offered fantastic facilities and a stunning view of the city skyline.

Despite the wonderful experience, I did notice that there were no in-room coffee pots available, which could be a small inconvenience for some guests.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was situated near a university campus, which meant there were plenty of great restaurants and stores within walking distance. This made exploring the area very convenient. the staff at the hotel were outstanding. From the guest service manager who went above and beyond to assist us with our plans, to the friendly front desk staff who made us feel welcome, and the attentive room attendant who always greeted us with a smile, the service at this hotel was top-notch.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the noise level in certain rooms. Specifically, if you find yourself on a higher floor under the rooftop bar and lounge, you may experience some disturbance from the loud music and bass lines.

I had a fantastic stay at Park Hyatt! The location was perfect, with plenty of entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself had an elegant and classic charm, reminiscent of top hotels in Manhattan. The suite I stayed in was beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly and attentive to all my requests. The breakfast, served in the main dining room, was a delightful departure from the usual buffet, with delicious food prepared and served to perfection. The 18th floor bar offered a stunning view of the Toronto skyline, perfect for enjoying a drink. The convenience of being on the subway line and close to trendy shops and restaurants in Yorkville was a major bonus. Despite a minor hiccup with the shower handle and an outlet not working in the bathroom, the hotel promptly addressed and resolved the issues. I highly recommend this sophisticated and welcoming hotel.

The room had all the amenities we needed, including an ice bucket filled with bottled water on arrival, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The temperature control was easy to adjust, ensuring a cozy stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the subway made getting around a breeze.

The staff at Park Hyatt were exceptional - attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the smoking patio on the 18th floor, which provided a wonderful view of the city. It was a treat to be able to enjoy my cigars while watching the CNE airshow from the patio. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also excellent, making it the only meal I ate there.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the luxurious amenities and exceptional service made us feel pampered and relaxed. the Spa & wellness center provided us with a serene and tranquil environment for rejuvenation. the massage was top, notch and the sauna provided a perfect escape from the stress of the city. the room was well, appointed with exclusive advantages like a private balcony and in, room breakfast, which was simply delicious. the restaurant offered exquisite dining options, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind with a drink. the coffee/tea in the lobby was a great touch. We couldn't ask for a better location, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The only negative aspect was the noise from the nearby street, which disturbed our sleep a little. this was a minor issue and did not greatly detract from the overall luxury experience.
