Our recent stay at Parkside House was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient and central. The spacious and clean accommodation made us feel right at home. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which helped us save money on eating out. The communication with the host, Steven, was prompt and helpful. We have already booked another visit for next summer! Despite a few minor issues, we highly recommend Parkside House for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Barrie. we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

The location was perfect - it was centrally located, quiet, and easily accessible. I parked my car and was able to walk to the beach and various restaurants in the area. The little backyard with outdoor tables was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy the outdoors. The room itself was clean and spacious, making me feel right at home. Having a little fridge was convenient as well.

This basement apartment-style unit is located in a great area with numerous fast food restaurants within a 5km radius. The location is convenient to local entertainment, and the waterfront area is just a stone's throw away. The apartment itself offers plenty of storage space, a massive kitchen and bathroom, and heated floors in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Depending on the room you get, there may be some noise due to other guests, although this is not the hosts' fault.

Great central location, easy walk to shops. Beautiful clean room, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. Nice touches with bottled water, coffees, and teas available. Super easy check-in and check-out, great communication with the host. Spacious room with easy access and ample parking. Quiet back yard with tables and chairs. Within walking distance to a nice downtown. Guide in the room for restaurants in the area.

The hotel had great amenities and provided detailed information about the self check-in process. the parking was convenient and close to our room. We appreciated the ability to arrive, stay, and leave without any contact with staff. It was reassuring to know that help was just a phone call away if we needed it.

The rooms were quite cold at night, but we could have asked for additional blankets or adjusted the temperature if we had reached out to staff. the TV in the bedroom seemed to have a different subscription than the one in the living room, causing occasional connection issues.

The location in a very nice area made it easy to explore the local entertainment and try out nearby restaurants for delicious food. Additionally, the hotel was close to the bus station, which made transportation a breeze.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and accommodations of our apartment at Parkside House. The massive kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom provided ample space for our stay. The heated floors in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom were a luxurious touch. The location was perfect for our needs, being only a short 7-minute drive from Georgian College. Additionally, the proximity to multiple fast food restaurants made it incredibly convenient for getting food. The private driveway for our unit was a nice bonus. The price was also unbeatable, especially compared to other hotels in the area. we would definitely book this unit again if we ever need to stay in Barrie. Friends and family were impressed with the photos we sent, particularly with the size and value for money.

We did have a slight issue with the bedroom being colder than the living room and kitchen, but it wasn't a major inconvenience for us. Additionally, some minor observations were the lack of a shower curtain and tight quarters for heating food.
