The location of the hotel is perfect, with everything in town being within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fluffy towels and crisp sheets. The kitchen is well-appointed and great for playing cards, and there are two sitting rooms for relaxation. The Hay Loft bedroom is large and nicely decorated, with a firm queen bed, bright lighting, and an AC. The hotel also provides plenty of hot water for showers.

The entrance to the hotel has a slightly musty smell, but it quickly dissipates once inside.

We loved the early check-in and the option to store our things in the fridge. The house was spotless and the kitchen table was perfect for enjoying meals and having conversations. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having access to the pass for Sandbanks. The screened-in porch was great for storing our bikes and we appreciated the convenient parking. the space was spacious, well-located, and the kitchen was well-stocked.
