The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.

One major downside was the lack of proper lighting in the hallways. It made it difficult to navigate to our room, especially at night.

This place is great! It's located in a newer area, so it's quiet and peaceful. You'll find everything you need within close proximity, including shopping malls. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and well-equipped with full-size kitchens and washer/dryers. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Plus, the heated underground parking is secure.

Some guests mentioned that the mattresses in the rooms need upgrading.

The room was incredibly spacious, with a huge living area and two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. It felt like having our own mini apartment! the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. the onsite restaurant served delicious meals throughout the day, which was convenient for us.

Our Christmas vacation was great! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided Christmas cookies and hot cocoa during our arrival and departure, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals much easier.

Some of the facilities were not in good condition, with minor wear and tear issues visible throughout the property. some of the furnishings were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but this was not a major issue either.

The facilities provided were exceptional, including comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and even laundry facilities within the apartment. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook for ourselves most nights. Despite a small, dingy foyer upon arrival, the rooms themselves were impressive and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Grand Inn & Residence for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We got great value for our money at the Grand Inn & Residence. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having a large kitchen was perfect for our longer stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even finding us a main floor room due to our mobility issues. It was a perfect location for our needs.

The breakfast experience could have been better with a sit-down table in the room. It would have been safer for our child to have a lower stool instead of a higher one.

I stayed at Grand Inn & Residence for my daughter's 16th birthday party and had a great experience. The two-room suite was perfect for accommodating everyone, and the kitchen facilities were well-appointed. The location was convenient, with desirable services nearby, and the staff, particularly the cleaning staff and one delightful woman in hijab, were friendly. The rooms were spacious, and having in-suite laundry was a useful feature. The price was reasonable for a group of four, and the free heated underground parking was a fantastic bonus.
