What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were transported to another world. The hotel's European charm and warm hospitality made us feel at home. The fresh flowers, cozy fireplace, and warm decor added to the intimate and cozy atmosphere. We loved it so much that we even came back twice for tea. The Post Hotel offers so much more than other hotels in the area - it's a true gem!

We had a delightful stay at the charming Post Hotel along the river. The hotel staff took special care of us, offering complimentary tea service at check-in and delectable homemade chocolate Madeline's during turndown. The wood-burning fireplaces throughout the hotel created a cozy ambiance and the library was a quiet retreat. We enjoyed fine dining and crafted cocktails by the fireplace. The hospitality was outstanding with fresh flowers, warm decor, and an overall European feel. Highly recommend for a cozy, intimate stay.

We got great value for our money at this beautiful hotel in Lake Louise Village. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness, from the porters to the front desk attendants.

The noise from the nearby train line was a drawback, as the passing trains could be heard at times. Additionally, some of the rooms and common areas seemed a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations.

Great views of the landscape from the room and the delicious meals they served were amazing. the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I did not like the high prices of the drinks and the spa services were not worth the extra money. the room was a bit small and basic for the high price.
