The fresh flowers, cozy fireplace, and warm decor added to the intimate and cozy atmosphere. We loved it so much that we even came back twice for tea. The Post Hotel offers so much more than other hotels in the area - it's a true gem!

The hotel staff took special care of us, offering complimentary tea service at check-in and delectable homemade chocolate Madeline's during turndown. The wood-burning fireplaces throughout the hotel created a cozy ambiance and the library was a quiet retreat. We enjoyed fine dining and crafted cocktails by the fireplace. The hospitality was outstanding with fresh flowers, warm decor, and an overall European feel. Highly recommend for a cozy, intimate stay.

We got great value for our money at this beautiful hotel in Lake Louise Village. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness, from the porters to the front desk attendants.

I loved the location of this hotel, right by the river. It was so convenient to be able to walk out and explore the surrounding area, with stores and cafes just a short distance away. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The jacuzzi area was a great place to relax, although it could have been a bit more private. The rooms were incredibly cozy, and I especially loved the thick robes provided. The restaurant and bar were also top-notch, with delicious food and drinks to enjoy.

I did not like the high prices of the drinks and the spa services were not worth the extra money. The room was a bit small and basic for the high price.
