The location of this hotel is one of its greatest assets. Situated in the heart of the city, it is conveniently close to the mall, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and even a computer in the lobby for guests to use. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are fairly clean, and the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The vacuuming of the rooms could have been better, as there were areas that were not properly cleaned.

Loved our romantic getaway at this hotel! the staff was so nice and the rooms were very clean. They even provided complimentary breakfast and a box breakfast option. the location was perfect, close to shops and the pub on site was great for a nightcap. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and quiet room. Plus, the amenities were a nice touch that made our stay even better.

We did have some issues with noisy bathroom piping, which was a bit annoying. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for another romantic trip.

The hotel was bright and fairly clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff was excellent and very knowledgeable, providing great customer service. the continental breakfast offered a decent variety of options, including muffins, pastries, bagels, toast, yogurt. It was also convenient that there was plenty of room in the restaurant to find a table. the rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfy. having a small fridge and a Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

The biggest issue was the surrounding area. There were drunken hillbillies partying in the parking lot until the wee hours of the morning, despite signs clearly stating "No Loitering.

The parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel is close to tourist areas and shops. The friendly service was top-notch, and they even provided fresh milk for my room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with wonderful beds. The bathrooms, although dated, were very clean. I also appreciated that the windows could be opened wide. The inclusive restaurant was sufficient, and I could add on a cooked breakfast if I wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and friendly staff.
