The Prestige Inn made my work trip a breeze with its convenient location and clean, comfy rooms equipped with essential amenities. The minor renovation work didn't affect my stay. the initial room odor issue was resolved after being moved. The Wi-Fi was slow, but the friendly staff made up for it. Train tracks nearby were a downside, but earplugs were provided. a decent experience marred by minor inconveniences.

The nearby sister hotel's restaurant was a game-changer, offering delicious meals and breakfast options with a generous voucher. the friendly and accommodating staff made my visit unforgettable, perfectly located for exploring the town on foot and enjoying picturesque walks by the lake. the cherry on top was the thoughtful 'green' initiative and close proximity to grocery stores. An INCREDIBLE stay that exceeded all expectations!

Great Location and Stunning Lake View

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short drive away from Nelson, and the view of the lake from the room was stunning. the clean room and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly during check-in. However, improvements could be made in terms of noise levels and parking inconveniences caused by other guests.

The Prestige Inn Nelson provided a comfortable stay, with a clean room featuring a great bath/shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the park. the air conditioning was a plus, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite some noise issues, the proximity to landmarks like Gyro Park and the Kootenay Co-op Grocery Store added to our family bonding experience. the nearby Whitewater Head Office and Himalaya Salt Cave offered unique relaxation opportunities, enhancing our overall enjoyment.

The general areas were easily accessible for us seniors, allowing us to move around comfortably. It was a delight to relax in such a lovely setting.

Better vacation for seniors would benefit from additional assistance for children working there.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby! the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping the room cool even on hot summer nights. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from the beautiful lakefront park and a quick stroll into town for some exploring.

Parking was quite tight, especially for larger vehicles like SUVs or trucks. It was a bit of a hassle trying to maneuver in and out.
